Order Processing

      • Order Handover: We hand over your order to our courier partner, DTDC/ Blue dart / Indian post, within 2 business days from the date of your order.

    Shipping Duration

        • Standard Delivery: Once handed over to the courier, your order will typically be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

        • Maximum Delivery Time: In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 to 12 business days from the order date.

      Shipping Partner

          • We ship with DTDC/ Blue dart / Indian post to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

        Tracking Your Order

            • After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.

          Delivery Locations

              • We deliver across India. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid any delays.

            Delays and Issues

                • While we strive to deliver your order within the specified time frame, there may be unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or other logistical challenges. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

              Exchange-Only Policy

              Only Exchange and no return is possible once the purifier delivery box is opened or delivered to the end customer.

              At Apollo Purifiers, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we are here to help with any issues you may encounter. However, please note that we offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds.

              Exchange Guidelines:

                  1. Eligibility for Exchange:
                        • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

                        • Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of the purchase date.

                    1. How to Request an Exchange:
                          • Contact our customer support team via email at admin@apollopurifiers.com or call us at +91 9573682598.

                          • Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and details of the product you wish to exchange.

                      1. Processing Your Exchange:
                            • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the original product.

                            • After receiving and inspecting the original product, we will process the exchange and send you the replacement product.

                        1. Shipping Costs:
                              • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original product.

                              • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product.

                          1. Damaged or Defective Items:
                                • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

                                • We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

                            1. Non-Exchangeable Items:
                                  • Certain items, such as personalized products or products marked as final sale, are not eligible for exchange.

                              1. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team.
                                The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his
                                own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel
                                that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the
                                notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer
                                Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
